  • We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays unless otherwise noted.

  • We offer a standard shipping option. Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days.
  • Availability: Nationwide

3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected method.

4. International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping.

If your order is time-sensitive due to an upcoming ceremony, please indicate this in the “Order Notes” at checkout or contact us directly. We will do our best to prioritise and coordinate accordingly.

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

  • We will work promptly to resolve the matter through replacement, credit, or refund as appropriate.
